Its innards are fused to the casing's plastic, by design, so there'll be no rewiring it. Paid $30 for it, 4 years ago, I think it paid for itself. -

Handy makeshift saw
This was very useful when the time came to saw the busted-locked pin off my Discovery Series II trailer hitch. It had to come off for more offroading clearance. Took a good half hour and some elbow grease, but it gave in. 🙂
