Portland to San Diego road trip: Santa Clarita to San Diego
Well, all good thing must eventually come to an end, and so here are some photos from the last leg of our 1,572 miles (2,529 km) road trip, taking us to San Diego, via the Angeles National Forest mountains and subsequent desert.
I’ve got to tell you: I never thought the Dodge Viper would be this comfortable to ride in. Those bucket seats are like lounge chairs. Just much faster. 😉
Now, time for friends, beach and coding! 🙂

Today was our longest day of driving (7+ hours done in about 13 hours, including many sightseeing stops). I’ve never seen so many deer (most of them alive)! 🙂
