   This is a really interesting video. The pedant in me cringes at some of the technically false statements and huge oversimplifications, but they’re minor and due to the fact that I’ve spent far too long studying the nitty gritty details of a lot of this.

      Yes, one has to consider that such videos are here to present complex subjects to untrained viewers. So like so many physics video, they do simplify things (which sometimes makes them less accurate) to make them more accessible. To some extent, not that different from, say, a physics text book in high-school versus university. 🙂
